German armies continued their advance into Soviet Russia and occupied Minsk on Feb. 21, 1918. Soviet leader Leon Trotsky announced that Russia would come to terms with the Germans, which culminated in a peace treaty signed at Brest-Litovsk on March 3.
Feeling tired is a common complaint people express. Sometimes the self-description morphs into “I feel tired all the time,” and experts say that’s when extreme tiredness becomes better known as fatigue.
