One night while I was ridin’ home old Ginny took a tumble. Flew past her head and hit the ground, left sittin’ there to grumble.
I only saw one end of her. She took off on a run. My coat was flappin’ in the wind. She even had my gun.

ENNIS - Ennis’s newest art project has arrived just in time for the summer tourist season.
BIG SKY - On a Sunday morning in 1964, one of the nurses at Oswego Hospital in upstate New York invited two of her fellow weekend nurses to join her for morning coffee in the hospital’s nurses’ lounge.

HELENA – Lt. Governor Mike Cooney on Monday night joined attendees of the Governor’s Conference on Tourism and Recreation to congratulate finalists and winners of the 2018 Montana Tourism Awards.
Virginia City was the winner of this past week-ends 2018 Film-Friendly award at the Governor’s Tourism Conference in Big Sky, MT with the production of The “Ballad of Lefty Brown” which was filmed in the NC Museum ( Montana Heritage Commission) and was the recipient of this years award.

The Madison Valley Manor will present 7th Grade Semester 2 Art Show "Montana Meadowlarks" from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, April 17th. Students have created a lovely display of oil pastel creations inspired by Montana symbols. Refreshments will be provided.

On Sat., March 17, the Elling House Arts & Humanities Center in Virginia City will host its third Chautauqua of 2018. The EHAHC hosts a winter series of Chautauquas in January, February, March and April. The monthly event begins with a potluck dinner at 6:30 p.m. and performances start at 7:30 p.m.
