The Ruby Valley Medical Center (RVMC), Mac’s Pharmacy and the Ruby Valley Auxiliary welcome the Ruby Valley community to participate in honoring Ruby Valley ReRun’s long-time volunteer manager, Mary Ann Marof, and celebrating the recent exterior renovation at Mac’s on Thursday, on April 4th from 12pm-1pm.
From Jan. 24-31, Madison County reported 12 new coronavirus cases. Three residents are currently hospitalized and one more death has been recorded, bringing the cumulative total to seven. Thirty residents are in quarantine.
At the end of December, the State of Montana released an Information Sheet through the Montana Health Alert Network. The information sheet communicates direction for healthcare and public health entities in a phased distribution of the COVID-19 vaccines. Local artists have donated original works to the Ruby Valley Medical Center (RVMC). Pieces that met selection criteria and artwork guidelines were chosen by the RVMC Art Committee.
Two more people tested positive for the COVID-19 coronavirus in Madison County over the weekend. As of the April 7, there are 319 confirmed cases of the virus in Montana. Eight Madison County residents have contracted the virus. A ninth person tested positive in a Madison County facility but is a resident to a neighboring county.
Since freshman year of college, Landon Dybdal’s goal was to become the Chief Executive Officer for a hospital before he turned 30.
He accomplished that goal in Jordan, Montana’s Garfield County Health Center at 26. Two years later, Dybdal moved to Sheridan, Montana, to fill the CEO position at Ruby Valley Medical Center.
SHERIDAN—The idea of a new Ruby Valley Medical Center has been in the works since 2008, and this weekend the realization of that idea opened its doors to the residents of the Ruby Valley and the patients it will serve.
SHERIDAN - An undertaking that began in March of 2017 in Sheridan should be finished and open by the end of the summer.
The new Ruby Valley Hospital and Medical Center is quickly nearing its completion, and staff toured their new facility on Friday, June 21.
