2018 School, Hospital Election Results

School election results unofficial Hospital results final

VIRGINIA CITY – Recent election results from local schools and the hospital are now available. The school district results are not official. The existing school boards must canvass these results before they are final.

However, the hospital result is final.

Below are the winners of these elections.

 

Madison Valley Hospital 

District Board of Trustees – Two seats were available and the votes fell this way:

• Mary G. Oliver – 752

• Gary Hadley – 635

• Bryant Harp – 388

 

Alder School 

District No. 2

Board of Trustees – one seat was available:

• Klint Todd – 62

• Annaliese Smail – 38

Elementary General Fund levy: For -  82,  Against – 18

High School Building Fund levy: For- 64, Against -36

 

Sheridan School 

District No. 5

Board of Trustees, two seats were available:

• John Hamilton – 460

• William Fabel – 443

Elementary Technology Fund levy:

For – 319

Against – 249

Elementary Building Reserve Fund levy:

For – 303

Against – 271

High School Building Fund levy: 

For – 318 

Against – 253

 

Twin Bridges School District No. 7

Board of Trustees, 2 year term: 

• Patricia Nelson (unopposed) – 369

Board of Trustees, two seats:

• Steve Janzen – 199

• Mike Hughes – 167

• Hannah Reynolds – 157

• Joan Phillips – 125

• Milton Anderson – 108

Building Reserve Fund levy:

For - 285

Against - 144

 

Ennis School District 

No. 52

General Fund levy:  

For – 770

Against – 385
