Matt Hill Promoted To Branch Manager of Yellowstone Basin Bank

Yellowstone Basin Bank staff, having served the West Yellowstone community for twenty years, is proud to announce the promotion of Matt Hill to the position of Branch Manager. Yellowstone Basin Bank is one of three branches of First Madison Valley Bank of Ennis. The First Boulder Valley and Montana City Branch Banks serve the several communities in Jefferson County.

Matt joined First Madison Valley Bank in 2011 as a Loan Officer. He has worked since then serving business, agriculture, consumer and real estate clients. He had previous experience, outside of Montana, in consumer and mortgage lending, as well as commercial credit experience. In September 2017 Matt graduated from Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Matt and his wife, Susanne, have chosen to reside in Southwest Montana as they enjoy the ever-changing landscapes and the rhythm of a rural lifestyle. Weekends find them camping and horseback riding, enjoying the great out-of-doors with their golden retriever, Murphy. In the world of music, Matt enjoys strong harmony vocals and has a personal interest in playing guitar and singing. Matt and Susanne delight in traveling to concerts, horse clinics and occasional visits to bustling cities.

While Matt is honored and excited with the opportunity to contribute both to our bank and the community of West Yellowstone, our banking group is privileged to have an experienced and energetic person serving both the West Yellowstone and Ennis markets. Matt looks forward to honoring tradition by building trusted relationships, rising to meet customer needs and participating in the growth and support of the West Yellowstone Community. You are encouraged to stop by the Yellowstone Basin Bank to get acquainted with Matt.
