However I would like to correct a few things in the article so that there won't be any confusion. 1) Buyers interested in bidding online rather than by phone or in person for Melinda Merril's property up Bear Creek can do so through "Proxibid" offered by United Country Guardian Real Estate out of Dillon - rather than through United Country Auctions. 2) People interested in bidding on the August 14th auction of personal items do NOT have to be pre-registered. Pre-registration is ONLY for the real estate. Personal property bidders must register the day of the auction. 3) The cash back at closing incentive on Melinda's is NOT for early online bids. In fact you have to place a 'qualified' bid with the form available through an actual realtor prior to the day of the auction to qualify for the cash back at closing incentive of 2-4%. 4) The live auction personal property starts at 10am on August 14th.
